What is  Technical SEO?

It is a part of SEO. While designing the website, it must be noted or thought that the website is SEO friendly or not. The website is SEO friendly matters on the following terms such as website hierarchy, design aesthetic, website design, and what types of tags you are using while writing a blog or anything on the website. There are mainly two types of SEO:

On-Page SEO:

On-page SEO includes all the activities that you are doing on the site.

Off-Page SEO:

All the activities that we do are related to our website but on different websites. It is mainly covered under technical SEO. Basically, it includes Content/blog writing as it is related to non-technical. We do SEO for content. So the content on the website must be trustworthy and has high reachability.

Crawling:


The main purpose of crawling is to systematically explore the web, visiting web pages and following hyperlinks to discover new content. Once a web page is crawled, the search engine bot analyses its content, including text, images, and other media. The bot may also process the page's metadata, such as title tags, headings, and meta descriptions. This analysis helps the search engine understand the relevance and context of the page's content. It's important to note that search engine bots follow certain rules and guidelines to ensure fair and ethical crawling. By crawling the web and building an index of web pages, search engines can provide users with relevant search results. You can also invite crawlers to crawl your website.

Indexing:


The process of organizing and storing information obtained from web pages in a structured manner. When search engine bots crawl web pages, they extract the content, analyze it, and then index it to create a searchable database. After saving the data, it also decides which type of data should be shown to the user.

Ranking:


Once your database is saved, you can easily see your page on whom it is ranking on SERP. There are  Google algorithms and factors to rank your website. Various factors include Keyword Planning, competitive analysis from time to time, the aesthetic design of the website, and proper use of keywords,.Google also analysis the links which are most clickable and ranks them based on user interactions.

Ranking Page Score

It is calculated out of 100. These scores are given and determined by a third company, for example - Alexa. The various factors on which this calculation is done are aesthetic design, content should be written in the right way, proper use of paragraphs, proper use of H1, H2, and H3, etc, no link is broken, no image be broken,  should have good page 200 response, status code, no duplicity of content.t can also be calculated on other factors such as how old your website is, site density, No of pages in your site, what is the user base, trustworthy user content, etc.

Sitemaps act as a guide for crawlers. It shows a path to be moved on in the proper way. It is basically used to make the hierarchy of the page. Also known as Google Search Console. With the help of this, you can manage your sitemap, can see how many pages are crawled and indexed, check the performance of your website, see the errors, and validate the schema as well as rich text. The main use of this tool is that if a user has performed black hat SEO, Google would take manual action and report it to you here.
