How Brand can use Influencers

Before using influencers, brands should consider the above types of influencers and choose wisely which type of influencers can suit their business, as every influencer has its pros and cons so here are a few factors that brands can use to choose appropriate influencers:
  • Number of Followers: The number of followers is the first factor in choosing which type of influencers should be used so if a brand wants to reach a broad audience then they can opt for mega and macro influencers but if any brand wants to reach only a specific audience that can match their niche then they can opt for nano and micro influencers.
  • Engagement Rate: The engagement rates of many types of influencers are varied On one hand, micro and nano influencers have high engagement rates as they have limited followers and are related to a niche so they are always seen as experienced and trustworthy so people follow their recommendations but this is not in the case of macro and mega influencers, as they have followers with different interest and may not follow their recommendations and they are also in a very large number; as a result, their engagement rate is low.
  • Cost and Budget: Cost and budget also affect the choice of influencers; the brand with a lower budget may prefer nano- and micro-influencers and the brand with a higher budget may choose macro- and mega-influencers.
