Sir, want to address the young people here to dedicate the first two or three years of their lives to a company. You will get a lot of knowledge from it and this experience will open your eyes to how a standard startup works. You can compare the problem-solving approach of a big brand and a startup. Avinash told the youth that it is important to gain experience, you don't need to start a big business, you can start with small work. You don't need to try to do something miraculous, gradually develop a skill set, get a feel for when you will be working in a company, inside a startup, and how to talk to customers or learn from them. Understanding what they need. With this, you will gradually understand things. You will be able to see how the situation works and how things are managed with their capabilities. Q2: How important is it to make yourself financially capable?

Before launching a firm, strengthen your financial situation. If you want to start your startup with all your heart, then save money little by little. Increase your savings. When investing in any startup, remember that you have a money backup of one and a half to two years. Meaning, that even if you are not getting money for one and a half years, you will still be able to survive and this is very important. Apart from this, Avinash said that to start a startup, find a partner who has the same interest in the same field with a passion for doing the same work and curiosity in engaging with customers. It is better to work with a team than start the work alone and having a dedicated team partner always keeps you motivated. He said that in the beginning, you must have a core team of one or two or three people. So that the person in front feels that you are complete. You have creative people, performance marketing people, and coding people. While a single person can only do some of the tasks, you will also have trouble getting someone to do the show. Q3: How are failing startups teaching us great lessons?

Sir told the youth that if they are thinking of starting a startup in the beginning they should work for people for free but it is not right to work for free all the time. On the failing startups, he said that if many startups are failing today, the main reason for that is that a decade ago there was no such startup ecosystem. Apart from this, there is a good thing in this that startups are failing but our failure rate is not increasing. Out of 100, 95-99 startups may fail. Even if startups fail in the initial stage, they teach a lot to people with experience.

We have to search for our actual users and make them unique for growth that every phone may have dual SIM usage, hence mobile internet is required.
