Keeping General Awareness Section for the last minute:

General Awareness is one of the crucial and scoring sections of SBI CLERK exam. However many students try leaving this section out until last few days only to mug it up and remember it during exams, which shouldn't be the case .You should practise GA section  on a daily  basis along with other subjects  .   Candidates  must  also  frequently take  current affairs quizzes at a regular pace on Safalta.com

Do not postpone things until last minute:

The last few days before any exams are for reviewing and revising all that you've learnt . It is not the time to study new topics . Studying new  things at the last hour will only confuse you .

Comparing yourself with others :

If anyone is or is even thinking of committing this mistake now would be the best time to stop . Do not try and compare what you've studied with that of others . This might only lead to them  emphasizing what they've studied   as important and crucial and will leave you   quite worried for your exams and then you will end up studying new chapters which in turn will affect your preparation.

Not reading the questions properly and answering in a hurry :

Time of course is a serious concern in SBI CLERK exam but that shouldn't stop you from reading the questions asked . You should read the question twice/ thrice if you  do not understand it and then answer . Similarly donot answer questions in a hurry.

Trying to attempt all questions :

Candidates must be very familiar with the fact that SBI CLERK Exam has negative marking for wrong answers . So you should only answer those questions which you're sure or partially sure about. Simply marking answers for the sake of completing the paper will land you nowhere .

Referring to too many sources :

Do not try and refer to too many books or sources while preparing . Research on the best books and website for SBI CLERK and then stick to them for preparation . Too many cooks spoil the broth they say and here too many sources will leave you confused.

Not attempting mock tests:

Mock tests  are aimed at helping students prepare efficiently and they are vital because of  the  practice they provide . Candidates who attempt mock tests regularly are more viable to succeed in their exams than others.  Mock tests are designed in such a way that the aspirants get a overview of the actual exam thus allowing   them to revise the syllabus of the exam in a stipulated time . This way the students get a hang of how well they've prepared and what are the areas where they lack..To attempt our free mock tests click here
